
Stephen Pullmans, the administrative director of Azura International, is one of the most famous numbers in the terms of the global air. Now who is responsible for ACW, shares his views on the importance of the Air Cargo 2025 Awards for the success of the industry.

ACW: What do you think of companies/individuals to win such awards?
Q. Winning such a prize provides credibility and vision within the industry, which enhances the company’s reputation with customers and partners. Internally, it enhances the team spirit and encourages the departments to gather behind success. The company that wins the best of its class is considered to be normally to be part of a winning team.
ACW: What will you say those who have been nominated, but they don’t win, they can take away from these prizes?
SP: Even if you don’t win, the nomination is an achievement in itself. Participation allows you to view your strengths, internally and externally. More importantly, reactions from the jury or industry can provide valuable visions around the place of improvement. It is an opportunity to improve your approach and a better understanding of the value of the industry, which can be decisive for future success.
ACW: What is the advice you give to others who aspire to succeed in a prize?
“My simple advice: Participation! Entry helps to learn how to present your company in the best possible light. Focus on highlighting your strengths, be transparent, and keeping sure of what your company represents. In addition, prepare carefully by understanding the prize standards, and not Diverate the request for notes for improvement.
ACW: How do you think that winning a prize can affect the organization or the individual?
SP: Winning a prize that enhances the organization’s credibility and stimulates the entire team. It enhances the feeling of pride within the company and can arouse attention from the main stakeholders. Prizes are often presented proudly, which indicates that companies realize their positive impact. They can also open the doors for new business opportunities, because they confirm your site as a pioneer in this industry.
ACW: As a man who has a pilot wallpaper, what are your personal ideas in the awards? Have you ever entered?
SP: Yes, I participated several times, and while I didn’t win every time, satisfaction with winning more famous and neutral prizes was huge. Not expected, so the sudden feeling that I will not forget quickly. It was in particular to know how these achievements strengthened the internal recognition of shipping, from the Communications Department to the CEO. The victory also strengthened the relationships with the stakeholders in the goods. I encourage everyone to think about sharing, as the process itself provides a valuable learning and clarity.
