Logistics UK, one of the UK’s largest business groups and the only trade association representing the entire logistics industry, is strengthening its expertise and influence in engineering policy with the appointment of Arthur Gribbin as its new Engineering Policy Leader.
Gribbin joins from Ofgem where he was Policy Director and has over 30 years’ engineering experience, including more than a decade working at the Volvo Group.
As Engineering Policy Lead, Gribbin will be responsible for identifying opportunities to support innovation and regulatory alignment, building strong relationships across the sector, and helping to address the unique challenges faced by UK Logistics members.
Gribbin said: “Logistics UK has a pivotal position in the sector, and its commitment to innovation, sustainability and industry collaboration aligns with my values and experience. I am excited to join the organization and keen to leverage my technical and policy experience to help enhance operational resilience and support the transition to low carbon technologies.”
