Kale Info Solutions (Kale) has made a partnership with México Cargo Handling (MCH) to digitize operations through the Galaxy Air Cargo Community.
This system will simplify export, import and transit processes by numbering all shipping data, presenting transparency in the actual time to all stakeholders and eliminating the risk of incorrect charging data on paper copies.
“In the processing of goods in Mexico, we are looking for digital innovation to provide better value for our customers,” said Mathilde de Rocqueny, CEO of México Cargo Handling.
“We are pleased to share with Kale in creating the appropriate digital infrastructure in our facilities to become more efficient and sustainable and provide a better vision for our customers.”
The system based on the group of the curtains means that even warehouse operators will use manual devices to make the process of processing the entire goods without paper, which fulfills the Kale’s commitment to the sustainable shipping community.
“We are happy to work with Mexico City International Airport, and our team is preparing to provide the best in its class to the airport,” said Ammar Moore, President of Kale Info Solutions.
“Enhancing customer experience, building operational excellence, and free talent from routine support tasks to focus on higher value activities on transformation and innovation is the basic requirement for every ground processor for charging all over the world.”
The Kale Galaxy system is currently used in more than 120 airport charging stations around the world, and the turnip of the United Nations has been praised by its systems that are estimated to reduce up to 10 million paper copies of documents at airports annually.
