The Heathrow Reception Center (HARC), which is managed by the city of London, has officially joined the Caregs, which greatly strengthened the vision and reassurance provided to pet owners.
Through the new partnership, animals that arrive on long -term flights will receive and deal with them by the Caretags pets in actual time updates, which are shared with their owners as soon as the animals reach HARC.
These updates aim to provide visual reassurance during the waiting period before collecting pets. Since monitoring of the only living border in the UK is intended for all species, HARC plays a vital organizational role in protecting the country’s biological security and enforcing animal care standards. It is part of the animal health service in City, which oversees the legal import of animals throughout Greater London. “While our main role in Harc is to protect biological security and impose animal care legislation, our teams also realize how important reassurance of pet owners is using our service,” said Peter Duniphy.
This cooperation with Caretags reflects our commitment to improving customer experience by providing timely updates as soon as pets reach our facility. “Upon arrival to the United Kingdom, animals are transferred from the plane to the animal reception center where they are taken care of in the appropriate accommodations of the species while they are undergoing compliance with the pets.
“This partnership shows how innovation in the pet transfer sector can complete the strong operations already in facilities such as HARC, and provide owners with peace of mind without compromising the biotechnology standards or well -being,” said Adam Milton, founder of Caregags. HARC deals with thousands of accompanying animals every year – including about 8000 dogs and 4000 cats – as well as horses, reptiles, birds, steps and millions of fish and invertebrates.
Post Heathrow Animal Center Center appeared with Caretags to enhance the experience of the pet owner first on Air Cargo Week.
