
GEODIS, the global leading company in transport and logistical services, announced today the appointment of Laura Richie as president and executive director of the Americas. Laura Ricci will also act as a member of the group’s executive council, headed by Marie Christine Lombard, CEO of Geodis.
As the president and CEO of Geodis in the Americas, Laura Richie will supervise the management and growth of multiple business units in the region throughout North and South America, including logistics, and re -directing shipping and transportation. Ricci is now leading nearly 20,000 colleagues in the region in eight countries, consisting of the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina and Brazil.

Laura Ricci joins Geodis with over 30 years of experience, including 15 years in managing the supply chain for both retail logistics and external parties. Her career began to finance before she turns into the supply chain operations, including sources, distribution and strategic shift. Laura Ricci was the CEO of Radial, Inc. , It is a pioneering company in electronic commerce -fulfilling solutions, as the growth and profitability of revenues through operational excellence has been achieved.
Before joining Radial, Laura Ricci held leadership positions in brands L, Fullbeau brands and central brands. She is a member of the Board of Directors at Goodwill Manasota in Florida and a member of the Dean’s Consultative Council, Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University. Ritchey has a master’s degree in Business Administration and Bachelor from Ohio State University. It is an accredited public accountant and was accepted in lawyers in Ohio.
Laura Richie Mike Honus, who retires from the supply chain industry after 30 years (20 of the Geodis) will succeed. Mike Honus will work in a consulting ability on Marie Kristin Lombard to help move and will continue to hold the roles of the manager with Geodis and Geodis Compassion Fund.
