- Multimedia with a new focus on maritime logistics
From November 11 to 13, 2025, the Miami Beach Convention Center in Florida was transformed into a logistics hotspot. 6,345 participants visited the Americas Air Freight and Transportation Logistics Americas and the accompanying special exhibition “The Cargo Project.”
The trade show attracted the logistics community and solidified its position as America’s leading logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management event. The trade fair was opened in a large ceremony attended by the German Consul General Christopher Berger and many representatives of the regional and international logistics community. Afterwards, 143 exhibitors from 24 countries met with 6,345 guests. Most visitors came from Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina. About a third of participants traveled from abroad. Overall, the event exceeded all expectations and established itself as a multi-modal logistics trade show in the United States.
“The halls were filled with many key players. The more international business expands and the more uncertain times become, the more important personal contact becomes. The business atmosphere was really palpable,” said Dr. Robert Schönberger, Global Industry Leader at Messe Munich.
“Miami has established itself as a meeting point for the logistics community, and the trade show served as an effective outreach hub, with a strong focus on South, Central and North America. These facts solidify Americas Transportation Logistics as the leading logistics trade show in the U.S.” Multimodal and International Nearly half of the exhibitors – including many small and medium-sized companies – came from the United States. Globally active players from all over the world used the exhibition as an entry point into new markets and service providers, especially in the maritime logistics sector.
The exhibition displayed a balanced mix of services, systems and technologies covering land, rail, sea and air transport. Many exhibitors presented a comprehensive portfolio, and for one in five companies, digitalization was a top priority.
Luke Baker, Head of Marketing at Network Aviation Group, emphasized: “This event provides an invaluable platform to connect with customers, colleagues, partners and industry leaders from across the Americas and explore the latest innovations that are driving the sector forward. The focused, high-quality attendance facilitated meaningful discussions on important topics such as sustainable aviation, the future of e-commerce logistics and complex project movements across the Americas and around the world. Air Cargo Americas is the most important Network event outside of Europe.”
Added Clark Fritsche, Managing Director of Logineer: “The conference is moving from being an airfreight-only event to becoming the US staple of the shipping industry! This platform could be the new flagship show!” Higher-than-expected visitor numbers Registration numbers exceeded expectations even before the event began, and continue to skyrocket. The latest batch came from Florida and Miami. The region represents a logistics stronghold with five shipping ports, Miami International Airport and major business clusters in the life sciences, retail and food industries. William Gerst, senior business development manager at PTS Logistics Inc., which operates its own branch in Miami, summed it up succinctly: “Traffic has been excellent and we are thrilled with the attendance.”
Preliminary analyzes show that about 80% of visitors hold management positions and that 90% of them come from North, Central and South America. Thus the decision maker’s trade show concept for the US market was a success.
Luis Ramos, CEO of PrimeFlight in Mexico, shared his impressions of 2027: “Energy, quality of attendance, opportunity – it’s the environment where you stop thinking about the commercial show and start thinking about the global chessboard. World-class execution from a world-class team.” The concept has proven its success With a first-class conference program sponsored by eleven expert partners, Messe München has adapted the successful concept for transport logistics in Munich.
The well-attended forums reflected the high participation of the logistics community, offering 19 sessions with more than 70 individual presentations. “The conference facilities were accessible and exceptionally well-organized, creating an ideal environment for Americas Logistics, Americas Air Cargo and Americas Enterprise Shipping November 11-13, 2025 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami, Florida, USA https://www.tl-americas.org/ Meaningful Business Conversations,” noted Adrian Varez, Head of Growth Enterprises at HappyRobot.
