- Emirates has entered into a strategic collaboration with OpenAI to drive AI innovation and adoption across the airline. As part of the partnership, Emirates will roll out ChatGPT Enterprise across its operations, supported by dedicated AI training, operational strategy alignment, and technical integration efforts.
- The partnership aims to integrate AI into every aspect of the organization – from customer experience to operations – through use case development, a leading AI intranet, and the creation of a Center of AI Excellence. Emirates will also get early access to OpenAI research and breakthroughs, participation in government innovation initiatives, and close collaboration on best practices for AI deployment.
Emirates and OpenAI have entered into a strategic collaboration to drive the adoption of artificial intelligence and innovation across the airline.
The collaboration will entail an enterprise-wide deployment of ChatGPT Enterprise, supported by dedicated AI literacy programs, technical exploration, and executive strategic alignment designed to embed AI capabilities across the enterprise.

Working together, Emirates and OpenAI will explore opportunities to deliver practical use cases, develop a leading AI intranet, and establish a Center of AI Excellence.
This collaboration will identify key areas to enhance and expand AI capabilities across the organisation, including the skills, processes and technology needed to support Emirates into the next era.
Emirates is expected to have early access to the latest AI research and emerging discoveries, as well as to collaborate on government-led innovation projects and accelerators.
In addition, Emirates and OpenAI will jointly hold dedicated leadership sessions to explore practical applications, build sponsorship and advocacy for AI initiatives, and provide leaders with a clear vision of the OpenAI product roadmap for long-term planning.
The technology teams at OpenAI and the UAE will also work closely together to better integrate OpenAI models to create rapid prototyping, deploy best practices, and provide isolated environments to accelerate experiments across different use cases powered by generative AI.
