
The World of the International Airports Council (ACI) confirmed that Guangzhou Bayon International Airport will host the World Airport Experience Summit 2025 out of 8–September 11 in Guangzhou, China.
The closing and delivery ceremony was announced at the World World Experience Summit and Exhibition for 2024 – the previous name of this event.
China’s pivotal role in global aviation is highlighted through its fast -growing network of airports and airlines, which enhances its position as a major center for international travel and trade. With large investments in aircraft infrastructure and a strong local market, China is a decisive engine for innovation and growth in the global aviation industry.
Guangzhou Bayon International Airport, one of the busiest airports in China, dealt with more than 73 million passengers in 2019 and won the title of the most crowded world airport during the first year of the epidemic. Since 2020, the airport has received a place of crowded airports in China, including in 2023, an increase of 142 % in passenger movement last year.
