“For the wings on the plane, we have developed a solution that has previously automated manual tasks, and provides safe access to critical operational data, allowing communication between all parties involved in the shipment.”
The daily Solution Digities Wings’ of demand and quotation to Mission and Course Management, allowing Wings to win more work with the same number of employees.
This data then informs the mobile phone application, “My Wings”, which AWEY created to enable smooth communications between clients, curses and Wings team.
“In recent years, the OBC industry has changed significantly, especially since the disturbances during the epidemic, which means that we had to change the way we work mainly,” said Raz Broad, Managing Director of Wings.
“We have realized the need for a technology partner that can develop a solution to get rid of the long -time manual processes that slow our operations, and since the implementation of the AWEY program, we have seen a significant increase in efficiency.”
The solution also includes the tool that works with artificial intelligence materials, EMAGIC, processing and extracting major information, including customer details, charging specifications, guidance, and special processing requirements.
