The 2025 Cargo Connections Annual Assembly in London proved to be a fantastic three-day occasion that seamlessly combined business, networking and celebration.
Held from 29 to 31 October 2025 at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel, the event welcomed members from around the world to an engaging program of meetings and social gatherings. Located within walking distance of Westminster, Buckingham Palace and the West End, this venue provided delegates with the perfect place to experience the magic of London while establishing new business relationships.
Welcome games and dinner night
Celebrations opened with a lively welcome night and dinner games, where guests enjoyed a glass of prosecco before entering a casino-style entertainment arena featuring roulette, blackjack and a wheel of fortune, hosted by professional croupiers. Delegates also tried their luck at shuffleboard, collected personal caricatures, and captured moments in the Magic Mirror photo booth. The evening concluded with a three-course dinner and an open bar, creating a warm and sociable atmosphere.
Fruitful meetings 1-2-1
Over the next two days, delegates participated in more than 25 structured one-on-one meetings, strengthening existing partnerships and developing new business opportunities. These sessions remain central to Cargo Connections’ mission of fostering collaboration and expanding members’ global reach.
