- The association continues to drive innovation, sustainability and talent development through initiatives such as the BlueSky programme, the Climate Action Investment Platform, training resources, and the new annual Air Cargo Forum and Executive Summit, with Warsaw hosting it in May 2026.
- TIACA’s renewed goals and awards – including the Hall of Fame, Inspiring Leader, Rising Star, and Sustainability Awards – underscore its commitment to recognizing excellence and developing a collaborative, future-ready air cargo industry.
As the TIACA Air Cargo Forum 2025 concludes, we reflect on recent achievements and look forward to 2026.
TIACA has welcomed the change of leadership, with Stephen Polmans handing over responsibility to Ross Packer, effective immediately. During Stephen’s six-year tenure, TIACA has transformed from host of the biennial event to a global voice for the industry, now representing over 500 members across the supply chain.
The TIACA portfolio supports stakeholders throughout their business journeys. This includes industry webinars, BlueSky sustainability assessment software, sustainability surveys and reports, an online training library, and a climate action investment platform that generates certified carbon offset credits.
The Air Cargo Forum is now annual, as is the TIACA Executive Summit, which will be held in 2026 in Warsaw, Poland, from 26 to 28 May, hosted by LOT Cargo. TIACA has also expanded outreach initiatives to attract, retain and develop the next generation of industry leaders.
The Board and Members generally expressed their sincere appreciation for all that Stephen has achieved. Ross assumes the presidency at an exciting time for the Association, and will lead it into this new era of annual ACFs.
The TIACA Board will establish a set of new objectives that will be designed to facilitate TIACA’s provision of significant industry support.
With innovation, sustainability and people playing such a pivotal role for air cargo, the TIACA Awards fully support these goals and have now been officially launched and will be presented during the Executive Summit in May 2026.
To remind everyone, these are the Hall of Fame Award, the Inspirational Leader Award, the Rising Star Award, and the Sustainability Awards. Please feel free to contact any TIACA staff for more information.
In conclusion, we thank all those involved in organizing this event, sponsors, TIACA team, speakers, exhibitors and delegates, and look forward to great events next year in Warsaw and Miami.
