TIACA Air Cargo Forum (ACF) 2025 marks a new milestone on our way to strengthening industry support, heralding a new era in which the ACF becomes an annual event focused on being more than just another air cargo gathering.
Thanks to the generous support of Etihad Airways, we are now launching the Etihad Cargo Golf Championship on Monday, followed by a fantastic reception at the Beach Club during the sunset hours.
The conference program has been meticulously developed to provide diverse perspectives from senior industry leaders across the supply chain. A mix of panels, presentations and Oasis-side talks will keep the audience engaged and spark valuable discussions throughout and after the event.
The three-day exhibition, which uses the entirety of Yas Arena, will showcase leading technology, airports, suppliers, airlines, customs, GSAs, ground handlers, freight forwarders and more. Based on attendee feedback, the exhibition area now includes dedicated meeting spaces as well as several VIP and hospitality suites.
ACF aims to facilitate new relationships and strengthen existing partnerships. Expect many exciting announcements throughout the week, demonstrating the dynamic growth of this industry.

On Wednesday, don’t miss the Connecting Cargo Reception at Ferrari World – an exclusive evening of great food, drinks and world-class rollercoaster thrills, including an immersive 5D ride. For the brave-hearted, the Flying Aces propel its riders 63 meters into the sky at speeds of more than 120 km/h, hitting 5G in inverted loops – a perfect metaphor for an industry full of ups and downs, twists and turns.
