
On June 3, 2025, during the thirtieth anniversary of Arborus, Geodis won the Geeis-SDG Cup for the project led by the Geodes Women Network on Financial Education for Women. This recognition highlights the concrete and permanent Geodis commitment to equal and diversity within its teams, especially through its internal network for professional equality.
This discrimination was granted to Geodis during a celebration ceremony for the thirtieth anniversary of Arborus, the organization behind Geeis (gender equality, European diversity and the international standard). It recognizes the concrete obligations of organizations in favor of parity, professional equality and diversity. Geeis-SDG Trophies is equivalent to companies whose initiatives contribute actively to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS). This recognition reflects the strong desire for geodes to make inclusion and equality a strategic and sustainable lever.
As part of Geeis-SDG, Geodis presented an innovative project led by Geodis for women that aim to enhance women’s financial skills. This initiative emphasizes the importance of creating spaces for professional development for women. Under a collective employee, Mélanie Fantin (Australia), the award -winning initiative led to an international financial awareness program specifically designed for women.
The first topic of this program, which was published in 2025, is related to negotiations on salaries. The attractive workshop that was conducted on the Internet or on the site is conducted, and this attractive workshop provides women to protect themselves from biases, build their arguments, and prepare better for salary negotiations.
The goal is to train more than 300 women in the Geodes Women Network by the end of 2025.
