
India Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, AI 171 flight from Ahmed Abad to London Gatwick, with 232 passengers and 12 crews on the plane, crashed into a residential area at 13:38 today, which represents the first fatal accident involving Dreamliner.
The plane lost the VT-Anb, its height shortly after taking off, and released an early day before going down quickly from about 625 feet to the Meghani Nagar area, causing a huge fire ball and visible black smoke across the city.
Emergency services responded immediately, as seven fire engines, ambulances, and national disaster response force teams were deployed. The Minister of Aviation in the Federation, Ram, Mohan Naido Kinsenarabo, and the Minister of Interior, Amit Shah, mobilized the central agencies to assist the local authorities.
Kingsu, Ram, addressed the incident, saying that he was “shocked and destroyed.”

A spokesman for Sardar Airport, Vallahai Patel International in Ahmedabad, confirmed that the airport is not currently working, while suspending all flights until further notice.
According to the aviation safety database, this is the first fatal accident that includes the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
