The International Air Shipping Association (Tiaca) has announced the formation of the independent jury of its first inspiring prize for the first inspiring prize, which is now officially open to nominations. This distinguished award recognizes exceptional individuals who showed inspiring leadership, innovation, and a strong commitment to sponsoring young talents in the air freight and logistical services.
The award aims to celebrate a leader who has not only contributed to the industry through the ethics of their work and the approach to thinking forward, but it was a stimulating force for the next generation of professionals in air cargo. The ISSSPIRATIONAL Leader Award will be presented annually at the TiACA executive summit, where the winner won the cup and a certificate of appreciation.
Composition of the jury
The jury for the Legal Leader Award consists of seven young professionals under the age of 35 years from all over the industry.

Their voice in choosing the winner is what makes this award really special.”
